  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • Packaging: Your product will be securely packaged in bubble wrap to ensure it arrives safely.
  • Delivery Issues: If your tracking number indicates delivery, but you haven’t received the package, please allow a few extra days as USPS may update the status preemptively. If after a few days you still haven’t received your package and you believe it’s missing, contact us, and we will file a claim with USPS and work with you to resolve the situation.
  • Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we will only send a replacement to the original shipping address.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will provide a replacement at no cost. A photo of the damage is required.
  • Unsatisfied with Your Order: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will work closely with you to make it right. This could include a replacement or another mutually agreeable solution.
  • Grievance Window: You must contact us with any refund requests within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will be unable to process refund requests.
  • Returns & Refunds: Please note that any returns or refunds will void your entry into any active giveaways or promotions associated with your order.

5. Giveaway & Promotional Offers

  • Eligibility: Any promotional offers, discounts, or giveaways are limited to one per customer unless otherwise specified.

6. Fraudulent Practices

  • Fake "Item Not Received" Claims: Any claims of non-receipt of items, when tracking confirms delivery, may be subject to investigation. Fraudulent claims will be denied.
  • Returning Used or Altered Items: Items returned must be in their original condition. Any attempt to return used or different items in place of the original purchase will be flagged as fraud and not honored.
  • Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback after receiving the product (commonly known as friendly fraud) is not permitted. We will work with payment processors to dispute and address any fraudulent chargebacks.
  • Manipulating Promotions or Discounts: Buyers who exploit promotions, discounts, or giveaways by creating multiple accounts or manipulating the system will have their orders canceled, and future purchases may be restricted.
  • Providing Incorrect Shipping Information: Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Fraudulently entering incorrect information to exploit shipping policies will result in denial of claims for lost or misdelivered items.
