At Bardown Smelling Salts, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Here's what you can expect:

• Shipping Time: All orders are processed and shipped either on the day they are placed or the following business day. Your package will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

• Shipping Carrier: We ship all orders via USPS, and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. This allows you to follow your package's journey from our door to yours.

• Tracking Information: If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it yet, please allow a few extra days, as USPS may update delivery statuses preemptively. In most cases, the package will arrive shortly after.

• Lost or Missing Packages: If your package still hasn’t arrived a few days after the tracking status shows "Delivered," and you believe it’s missing, please contact us. We will file a claim with USPS and work with you to rectify the situation.
