Return Eligibility

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs

Address Accuracy
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. If an item does not arrive at the entered location due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, we will only send a replacement to the original shipping address; you cannot switch it after it has been sent.
